All purchases of prints — framed, unframed, small items and textiles — are final. Because each piece is custom‑made, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. In rare or extenuating circumstances, we will always do our best to find a compassionate solution.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it by emailing dotco@mail.com 
Please include a photo of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
